International Freight Forwarding Agreement
This International Freight Forwarding Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into
between and among [Sender], a company organized and existing under the laws of
[Country Sender], having its principal place of business at [Address Sender], with
regards to the freight forwarding services to be provided by [Sender] to [Receiver]
in connection with the shipment of goods described in Exhibit A (the \"Shipment\").
WHEREAS, [Sender] has been engaged in the business of freight forwarding for a
period of time;
WHEREAS, [Receiver] desires to have the shipment of goods described in Exhibit
A handled by [Sender];
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
\"Carrier\" means the carrier or carriers performing the transportation of the
Shipment.
\"Consignor\" means the person or persons consigning the Shipment to [Sender].
\"Consignee\" means the person or persons designated by [Sender] to receive
the Shipment.
\"Damage\" means any loss or damage to the Shipment occurring during transportation.
\"Freight Charges\" means all charges incurred by [Sender] in connection with the
shipment of the Shipment, including without limitation, transportation charges, customs duties, taxes, fees, insurance premiums, storage costs, handling charges, demurrage charges, and any other charges that may be charged by [Sender] in connection with the shipment of the Shipment.
\"Goods\" means the goods described in Exhibit A being shipped from [Sender] to [Receiver].
\"Incoterms\" means the international commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce in Incoterms 2020.
\"Port of Loading\" means the port where the Shipment will be loaded onto a vessel.
\"Port of Unloading\" means the port where the Shipment will be unloaded from a vessel.
\"Vessel\" means the vessel or vessels performing the transportation of the Shipment.

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] TO [RECEIVER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARRIER AND THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY [SENDER] IN CONJUNCTION WITH
